What the client needed

Located on the 45th floor of Centrepoint Grande, the client set out to create a theatrical, music-led venue with a strong identity. Drawing on inspiration from King Rama VI’s cultural legacy, an era when Thailand embraced the elegance of Art Deco, when performance, architecture, and the spirit of Broadway first entered the country.

Lighting was to play a central role in shaping the experience, we envisioned a space that was  immersive and expressive  balancing performance-driven energy with the refinement of a high-rise setting.

Our solution

We developed a layered lighting scheme that reflects the rhythm and composition of the space. Custom trumpet chandeliers form a central feature, referencing the musical heritage while introducing movement and identity to the room. An infinity mirror entrance sequence draws guests in through tones inspired by sunset, creating a sense of arrival and progression.

Focused accents define the stage and performance areas, supported by softer ambient lighting across seating and circulation spaces. Lighting scenes evolve in intensity and warmth throughout the evening, reinforcing the natural build-up of energy.

All elements were carefully integrated with the architecture and finishes, ensuring the lighting enhances depth and materiality while remaining balanced and controlled.
