What the client needed
Diageo’s new workplace in Seoul’s vibrant Gangnam district called for a design that blended elevated hospitality with functionality—supporting focused work while offering immersive brand experiences. The space needed to reflect the company’s rich heritage, Korean context, and global presence, all within a fast-tracked delivery timeline.
Our solution
We developed a layered lighting approach that subtly enhances each moment across the office. The reception sets the tone with a warm, moody welcome, while the vibrant bar area—framed by lounge seating and panoramic windows—is brought to life with tailored lighting that transitions from day to night.
In contrast, the open office is calm and uplifting, with soft tones and natural light balanced by ambient fixtures. The hidden Prestige Room, designed for VIP guests, is illuminated with discretion and intimacy—complementing the curated display of ultra-rare spirits.
