What the client needed
Their brief? “Give me a champagne party train from mainland China.” The second iteration of Fatboy Izakaya needed to be more elevated, more immersive—while still staying true to the brand’s wild, energetic DNA. Think fun, nostalgic, and unapologetically bold.
Our solution
We designed an immersive lighting experience that evolves with the night. The ceiling—transformed into a dynamic pixel landscape—shifts from cozy dining mood to full-on party mode at the flick of a scene. With 19,800 DMX addresses, this was our most technically complex project to date. But with a super cool client and a shared vision, we were able to deliver a playful, highly responsive atmosphere that keeps pace with every beat.
